A: From the admin phone (usually extension 100)
1. Press the Feature key.
2. Dial 9#.
3. Enter the hour and minute via the dial pad. (24 hour format)
4. Press the Recall key to change the AM/PM setting.
5. Press the Hold key to change to the calendar setting.
6. Press the Feature key to end.

A: Dial Feature 25, then enter new name using keypad, press Feature to save. # will move cursor to the right, CONF will move cursor to the left. To be performed from the phone you are wanting to change. (Only works with system software revision 4000 or higher. Dialing Feature 3 will display your software revision)
